AttorneyAfter graduating from the University of South Florida, John first worked as an accountant, experience that gave him the insights into handling the complex financial matters often associated with family law matters. He later graduated from Widener University School of Law with his Juris Doctorate, which he then used to as an Assistant Public Defender. In 2003, he entered private practice. Since that time, he has represented thousands of clients in all of O’Malley Law Office, LLC’s practice areas and more. Jennifer McCambridge
AttorneyAfter graduating from North Pocono High School, Ms. McCambridge attended the University of Scranton from 1996-2000 and achieved a degree in Secondary Education with a concentration in History/Social Studies and Psychology. While working, Ms. McCambridge attended Widener University School of Law – Harrisburg Campus Evening Division and graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2004. Ms. McCambridge began her professional legal career at the Lackawanna County District Attorney’s Office as a certified legal intern, for a 2 year period, while she was still in law school, and then returned to the District Attorney’s Office following a clerkship with the Honorable Peter Paul Olszewski of the Pennsylvania Superior Court. While at the District Attorney’s Office, Ms. McCambridge handled cases in the DUI Unit, the Domestic Violence Unit, the Narcotics and Gun Unit, and with the Insurance Fraud Taskforce, which covers 11 counties. During her tenure as an Assistant District Attorney, Ms. McCambridge followed multiple cases to trial, including multiple first-degree murder prosecutions and an argument before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. Ms. McCambridge was then promoted to Deputy District Attorney of the Special Victims Unit, focusing on the prosecution of child physical and sexual abuse, maltreatment, and neglect. In addition, Ms. McCambridge served an interim instructor at Marywood University, community prosecutor for Scranton’s South Side community justice program, a liaison between the District Attorney’s Office and the North Pocono School District, a member of the Multidisciplinary Investigative Team, the Lackawanna County Child Death Review Team, and currently sits on the Board of Directors for the North Pocono Preschool and Daycare Center.
